I used to hate beer. Mainly because the draft at Calgary’s National Hotel was my first. And like so many terrible first time stories, this one left scars. Then I taught myself to tolerate beer through things like Mill St. Organic and wheat beers. Then I discovered Belgian style brews, chocolaty porters and this glass of gorgeousness. Innis & Gunn make many fine beers, but the rum finish is probably my favourite. Between this and Hendricks gin, my love for Scotland has grown exponentially.
